Turkish Phrases for Travelling

When you want to say "Good evening" in Turkish, you can say,  İyi akşamlar. Good evening You can say it both times when you meet someone and when you leave someone.

When you want to say "Welcome" in Turkish, you can say,  Hoş geldiniz Welcome. In Turkey, people will welcome you saying that in restaurants, shops, cafes. In return, you could say  Hoş bulduk

When you want to say "Nice to meet you" in Turkish, you can say,  Memnun oldum. Nice to meet you Most Turkish are polite, so we often hear them saying this phrase. It's good expression to remember.

When you want to say "Yes" in Turkish, you can say,  Evet Yes Hayır No They are very different from English, but you would hear those very often. We just need to remember them firmly. However, when you ask Turkish people if they have something or if there is something, their answers could be; Var Yes there is. Yok No there is not.

When you want to say "Bye bye" in Turkish, you can say,  Güle güle. Bye This phrase sounds cute and it eas easy for me to remember. What do you think?
